1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
When you register for a Language Success Press account on your app, Language Success Press collects a limited amount of personal information such as your username and email address. Language Success Press will use your personal information for the following purposes: (i) to provide you with Services; (ii) to respond to your questions; (iii) to communicate with you via email about the Service. When you use the Service, you may set up your personal profile, send messages, and transmit information. Language Success Press stores and collects this information in order to provide you with the Service and offer personalized features.
Please note that if you enter payment details into the Service when purchasing a Paid Service (including any Premium Membership), Language Success Press does not receive or store such payment information itself. This information is received, stored and used by our payment service or app store providers for the purpose of completing the purchase.
2. USE OF MICROPHONE
Some Language Success Press apps request use of your device’s microphone for the purpose of recording your voice and playing it back. We will only use this microphone for this purpose. We will never listen to, share or otherwise use your recordings. We will never access or use your microphone unless you give us explicit permission. You will always have the ability to disable access to the microphone.
